This eight week new client program includes a start-up hour-long meeting with me (virtual or in-person) to determine what program structure will help you reach your goals. From there I will design customized and specific workouts based on your body composition goal. Along with the training program, it also includes specific nutrition guidance and meal recommendations based on your achievement goals. You will have 24/7 access to me for any questions you may have and weekly hour long check-ins. I am here to support you and work with you step-by-step so you feel comfortable in your own skin while doing this program.
